Language-FIX
1: Set the desired language in the game.
2: Close game
3: Copy file to clipboard: C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\UserSettings.json
4: Paste file to directory: ..Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config\settings\platform\pc
5: Play the game.

that's why changing languages doesn't work and restores to default windows' language...

Important:
You must to create a shortcut to start the game.
C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe

Maybe copy UserSettings.json into all C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077 sub-directories, for workinkg in all game versions (nothing will go wrong with this).
