I haven't either, sounds like some unsubstantiated nonsense, especially in light of cdpr going puritan right after launch and ninja patching player nudity out of the game. I'd think they'd take the same stance as far as this supposed camel toe and not be so overt. I've seen npcs in game wearing rather revealing and tight clothing but nothing like this. Not like say Edi from mass effect 3
Yes, you can definitely say "sex sells" to explain simply that's why they put it in, but it also works both ways. In game, and real life.

You don't wanna be caught in Kabuki-cho at night. Lots of gaijin hunters there. It gets quite dangerous.
