how can I unlock "true soldier" achievement?

spent a lot of time killing with sniper rifles, but I think it's stuck , sure that I killed more than 300, I'm cleaning all crime icons. any tips, weapons?

I just got that one by kill with melee, and then started playing with sniper and assault rifles, smart ones, sure that I killed more than 300, almost all that crime icons across the map

you don't have the launcher skip command do you? that can sometimes bug out achievements.

If you are sure you have over 300 kills, then it must be bugged for you.

It unlocked for me just running main and side missions with a few gigs thrown in, very little grinding. For what it's worth, I was using a mix of smart pistol and assault rifle.

no, I got the others achievements, but this, I spent hours just killing with sniper rifle and nothing

for the achievement? you can use any ranged weapon.

i mostly used shotguns and assault rifles in my playthrough, maybe sniper rifles are bugged for it? i dunno.

You can use any ranged weapon. I didn't get it until my second playthrough so it may bug out sometimes. 38% of players have it so it usually works. They don't have to dead either, it counts if they're just knocked out.

I've killed will over 300 with ranged weapons and the achievement never popped for me.

Do you have something like the legendary short circuit quickhack equipped. Because it can add damage to other attacks like from ranged weapons, the game may be counting the kill/incapacitate as done by the quickhack rather than a ranged weapon.

Had 2 bug glitches which I needed a new playthrough to get those achievements. It was completing 100% two of the zones, but something bugged and they wouldn't appear, I started a new playthrough and then at mid game I got them. I only miss two other achievements for 100% one is a ending one and another a cyberware relating quest (which I need to make a new playthrough, the 3rd already) I guess you just keep playing and eventually they will unlock, if not, maybe it's bugged too and you need to make a new playthrough aswell
