No fast travel?
Fast travel on the map does not work? Worked one time and since that never ever again? Anybody shares this issue?

How far along in the game are you? What's your current quest?
"Fast Travel access is locked until you complete the The Ride"

There are other times when Fast Travel does not work. The most frequent is when you're in Combat or if you're in the middle of a quest and the game won't let you leave.

You have to walk / use the fast travel point and can only fast travel to a other.
