I can only find info from 2022 about Nibbles. Says she can't be in any other apartment except the OG starter one. Is that still true to this day? Thanks.
P.S. What's the easiest place to get cat food?

Still true, although there are mods that will let you put cats in all of V's apartments, and pet them too.

In the basement level vendor area across from the Kabuki Market, there's a ripperdoc and a woman selling food (she always says 'I'm ready...you ready?) She always has cat food, so you can pick it up almost at the beginning of Act 1 when you get out of Dex's car and pick up your Ping quickhack from Yoko.

yes, if you stand in front of your first apartment, then turn to the right and turn the corner, on the ground, will be the bowl to put food, and after to take the cat.

Beware, the cat meowing gets extremely repetitive and annoying fast. It meows every 10 seconds.

I was kinda disappointed with the pets. They're just....there. I mean, I'm not expecting them to buff you, help you in combat, or whatever.... But, without a mod, you can't even pet the kitty. :(
