Does the game not have gloves? or Glove Cosmetics?

Just wondering. I can't seem to find anything online. There is the one early mission in the DLC where you had a suit on and everything. Can you equip that later?

Glove cosmetics wouldn't work well with 3 of the 4 (5 if you include none) arm cyberware choices in game. The mono-wire, mantis blades and projectile launcher would all mess up any gloves you wore. There is a reason why V always has their sleeves rolled up if you have one of those equipped.

They do not, for what you want doesn't exist. You've best, and only bet, is mods.

Why is because the moment you install some arm chrome the game doesn't even let you have long sleeves outside of the Inventory menu.
This in turn is because those arm chrome options all come with animations and "extra bits" on the arm that range from "more excessive than needed" to "Mantis Blades".
