There is a Gig but when I got there nothing happen, no call, no quest update or anything, not even the enemies patrolling.

I don't know if this is a bug or do I need to do something else first or I need to progress the story.
The Gig been pop out quite early and I've been checking the spot occasionally after I finish some quest and main quest.
Dunno how to fix this.

That's weird. Go inside and see if there's a vehicle there. If there is, get inside it and drive out with it and see if anything happens then. If I'm not mistaken, this is the mission in which you're supposed to steal a vehicle and take it to the designated garage where a gentleman will be waiting for you.

There is nothing literally.
No car, no enemies, no objective, or anything.
It's completely clean place.
I remember this pop out when I doing gigs to all fixer first before even talking to Goro Takemura.
So I thought by progressing the story it will trigger the quest or something and I'm in Phantom Liberty and still nothing.

Is it Padre's gig? He is the only fixer that the gig didn't show up due to this one gig.
The rest of the fixers' gigs are 100% completed.

I believe it is an El Padre gig, since it's located at the Glen district. I actually just ran the game and paid that place a visit. The mission revolved around some 6th Streeters I had to sneak by and either upload or download something on the computer upstairs. But the place also looks like the garage where I also had to drive off, but now that I think of it, I think that was located in another shop by the coast.

Have you used or use any mods?

I use mod yeah from Perfect City Collection but I don't see the mods that alter quest, add gig quest or anything like that.
It's mostly just gameplay, shop, and character's look mods.

Have you tried scrolling through messages from Padre? Sometimes I have to read a message or shard to force start a quest or gig.

The mod collection is causing issues with the game. Most likely, it's due to using mods that are no updated to the current version or are no longer being supported.

Do you wander about lots? looking for kills maybe? its easy to see a nice crowd of boys as XP donors, Killing them before you get the mission. I think I have done that a couple of times

Vanilla game does not have this kind of bug anymore.
You are using a 1000 mod collection, it's OBVIOUS the culprit is one mod.
