CP2077 coming to Mac

Apple just announced that CP2077 is coming to Mac next year. Lots of Mac gamers are already playing it on Mac with Crossover or Whisky, so it will be great to see the performance improvements that come with a native version.

Yes, I know this doesn't guarantee a Steam release or SteamPlay.

Doesnt guarantee a Steam release? It has been on Steam for quite a while now. What forum do you think you are on?

Yes, Steam has had Mac (and Linux etc) games for a long time. It's easy to spot since games supporting more than one platform have dedicated tabs with system requirements.

Nice that it's 'officially' coming to Mac, though, for those who use that!

I wonder if this means some more bugfixes are en route. I can't imagine a flawless release on a new platform.

I read that the "ultimate edition" will have a Mac version. Do you think the Steam release we all already have will be multi-platform (like just about every other game on Steam)?

It is CDPR, so my guess is it would be.

It is already technically multi-platform. I can play Cyberpunk on a Steam Deck, which is Linux based.
