At what level does leg cyberware unlock?

it depends on the ripper you go to. I dont remember when, but you caan get some decent chrome before the heist. Vik has the widest selection in Watson though, the others are a tad more niche in their options to purchase.

Want to note that this is a change since 2.0. If you're a returning player since before then it might throw you off. ( Now there's no reason to beat the @#%! out of Fingers )

For the most part after 2.0 all rippers have the same inventory. The Dogtown rippers have special inventory that only they get, because it's the gear limited to Phantom Liberty.
