What is actually human? (Spoilers)
I know that in the game people use cybernetics enhancements but what is actually human of a person and when does it come to point that they aren't actually human anymore?

With V I know has some implants that you can get in the course of the game. Is her brain biological or is it computer etc? I am just a bit confused what the Relic is actually taking over. Her body parts or her brain?

The game even addresses the stuff about constructs- Constructs are AI's with the memories of people available to them, constructs/ai's aren't human.

Are they not? There's no discernible difference once the constructs inhabit a human body - see Johnny Silverhand and Saburo Arasaka.

They are not. Alt Cunnigham specifically says that she is no longer human, and the original version is dead.

Basically you are software and your body is hardware. Humanity is partly determined by the hardware. If you take, say, flight software and install it into a car's onboard computer, the car won't become a plane.

You're mixing up engrams with AI. Johnny and V are... themselves for all intents and purposes. Alt is... not. She transcended a singular mind so to speak. You can reinsert the former into a human, given the right physiology - The latter... no. Too much "self"

Alt is different though, she escaped Mikoshi and went beyond the blackwall and somehow merged with other AIs.

Most fiction, i.e. Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, and Cyberpunk keeps it open ended on what defines a human being. There's no true answer.

Every living thing is basically software put into hardware, our brain and the whole body works with electricity, the components are just of a different kind.
Star Trek TNG already talked about it for 7 years being Data.
Even if you would say "being human means you can reproduce yourself" an Android/Cyborg would be actually able to do this. I don´t remember the name of the movie but it was a Steven Spielberg one about an "alienship" family.
