Second opinion

So I've seen a lot about this iconic gun and I've also seen people say it's not real, apparently it's in the official guide but no ones found it, you get in automatic love apparently, I've looked everywhere and couldn't find it myself, has anyone actually found this, if so I'd love to see it haha, anyways thanks in advance for any info

Is it called Second Opinion, or is that just the title?

No apparently you can get into maikos office during that quest and it's in there but I couldn't get into the office

Then i have no idea, idr if i got it but probably not, cant go after it since i wont be able to update to 1.05 until i renew my data

I've tried on like 3 different characters and still nothing, some people are saying it doesn't exist so I'm guessing that it's suppose to be in the game but for whatever reason it's not
