RIDERS ON THE STORM IS BROKEN
They "fixed" the bug where Saul wouldn't come to the van.

The "fix" broke the rest of the quest.

When conversation leads to Panam resting, she goes to sleep and i cant progress or get up. i can look around and access all of my menus but nothing more.
Anyone else? Anyone have a fix for this?

Weird.
After Panam goes to sleep, Johnny should appear on the table.
Have you tried looking directly at it?

I went through exactly the same scene a few hours ago and it worked.

I managed to finish that quest a few days ago but the next quest from Panam has bugged out to the point it has stopped the main quest from triggering, my game is totally unplayable now

Ditto in just did it a few hrs ago, no issues. Can you spoiler post your choices and replies? It could be a specific set of circumstances. Any save/loading during convo?

I've literally just died 10 times while running away on the back of the van with saul. Everytime I finish with the enemies coming after us in Riders of the Storm, after a while I'll just go from full health to flatlined in a minute. Instadeath out of nowhere even after enemies are defeated.

Yup, had the same bug. The van just explodes at some point, even if you killed all the pursuers. The solution is to reload a previous save and flee with saul without getting detected. You will not be pursued then and the quest can be finished.

Man this is just a ♥♥♥♥ show, but thanks gladly I'm running a cool build and only killed like 3 guys on my way out just for fun. Thanks.

CONFIRMING: Do not engage in combat! Else you'll just be flatlined outta nowhere in Riders of the Storm while running away in the van.

If it is while running, the storm hazard kills you iirc.

Did this quest a few hours ago and it finished okay. Try reloading if you can.

I made a post just now about a bug I had with a different quest where person just despawns, but quest keeps going. I reloaded a very old save, then reloaded that save, it seemed to fix it.

I did it two steps since it was time of day transition related. First step was not to accept the mission as early.... doesnt help you, but even if I didn't do that, the character always broke. Didn't answer phone or everything. I made a save, didn't answer. Loaded old save, then loaded that save after bug, it fixed person.

So it seems perhaps something in memory bugs because restarting game didn't help. But loading an old save allowed said bug to clear.

Certain steps set off the bigs it seems, glad you found a work around. I have an issue where my pistol will not fire ADS, reloading the game seems to help.
