But to be honest there is nothing confirmed about Sony and Microsoft. Some investors already taking steps against CDPR in the US. Now in Poland too.
Microsoft and Sony for now are quiet but I am sure they will want some money from CDPR for the disaster. Marketing costs money, refunds cost money. I dont think Sony will just sit there. I am pretty sure their army of lawyers is already working in the background to find a way and get that money back from CDPR.

This is destined to fail, considering CDPR are not the ones to sue. The publishing company is the one to sue. Anyone else find it ironic that one of the investors that pushed for it to release early is suing when he doesn't get his money when he pushed it to release before it was ready?

I wouldnt call it clickbait. They have a clear reason to sue. In January 2020 CDPR clearly said in a statement and in interviews that the game is already finished and needs just a bit polishing. Now developers at CDPR say that this was a lie by the management. Such a lie is misleading towards investors but also customers who pre-ordered.
