Microsoft and Sony for now are quiet but I am sure they will want some money from CDPR for the disaster. Marketing costs money, refunds cost money. I dont think Sony will just sit there. I am pretty sure their army of lawyers is already working in the background to find a way and get that money back from CDPR.

I wouldnt call it clickbait. They have a clear reason to sue. In January 2020 CDPR clearly said in a statement and in interviews that the game is already finished and needs just a bit polishing. Now developers at CDPR say that this was a lie by the management. Such a lie is misleading towards investors but also customers who pre-ordered.
