So about that suicide hack skill
says its suppose to force a enemy to kill itself.
guess the skulls of 5-star enemies are bullet proof because it does next to no damage when they shoot themselves in the head. And this is a legendary rarity suicide too.

Skull enemies are basically no-go, regardless of what you're doing to them. Consider them so far above your level, you should just run the opposite way.

like, I get it, but the skill still says it forces them to kill themselves.
if you somehow manage to get that 20+ cost to use it due to the high level difference, it should still take that effect into account. if not then leaves them pretty close to deaths door.
If a enemy is shooting themselves in the head, I expect it to do a lot more than 150 or so damage regardless

Welcome to gamification. If it did what you said, then you'd have one hell of an exploit on your hands. Levels wouldn't matter since you could literally go anywhere and kill anyone.

IMHO If we tried to hack someone out of our league it will forced cancelled and they noticed us, or worse bounce back that make us kill ourselves.

then they should either edit the description of the skill or blank out the option to use it on enemies much higher level than you. otherwise its a huge waste of ram points

What good is the suicide hack anyway when there is cyberpsychosis which makes someone kill their friends and then themselves. Am I missing something?

i imagine that the suicide quickhack just does 100% damage to the target and the skull people just naturally take 90% less damage so take it like that.

Oh dear me - If only those RAM points would recover over seconds or something. Oh wait. You should be a lot more worried about those impossible to kill goons spotting you and shooting at you.

What a petty complaint...

I can't suicide red skull enemies (who are SO FAR above your level, you should avoid them) so they should change the entire description of how this mod works...

That is called a learning experience. You learn from it and move on, maybe realizing that you shouldn't ♥♥♥♥ with red skull enemies under most scenarios...

Cyberpsychosis can work, though. Nothing like cheesing a mission by sending enemies to kill each other. I managed to beat the militech team in "Space Oddity" by spamming that despite them being waaaaaay out of my league. Even managed to get the last one to shoot himself.

Oh, my god...seriously?

You're complaining about this?

Gamers are the worst.

I mean my guy has motors in his arms and two hearts so i guess adamantium skulls aren't too far out?

Besides if you want to tackle enemies above your level just grab a tech sniper and hide behind an air conditioning unit on a building pecking at them till they die. They literally cannot shoot at you and you can shoot through buildings.

oh dear, its like there's different cyberdecks you can use and some of them don't grant you that ram per sec modifier.

oh dear oh dear, its like the only description in the suicide skill is "Forces a target to commit suicide" and would be easy to simply add "it doesn't have any effect on enemies that are higher level than you"

Is it that bad I want the skill description to be a little less vague or work as intended in a single player game? I already have other ways to kill off those high level enemies with the other quickhacks and done multiple very hard missions already so its not like you cant kill them.
on contrary, its quite easy to kill them specially when you get the legendary ping quickhack that allows you to hack enemies through any cover.
so no, they're not impossible to kill

Buddy. Your RAM recharges out of combat regardless of your skillset or cyberdeck. Not that you're in combat to begin with, if you're using quickhacks from a hidden spot.

you're right, it does recharge.
but, have you even played as a hacker character yet?

if you have, say, 24 ram...
ping will cost about 1-5 ram to use depending on level difference. legendary ping makes a huge difference so you would start off using this. usually 1 ram anyway.
and the rest of your damage quickhacks are about 8 or 9 ram per use. big skills like suicide, psychosis, grenade, ect can easily be around 20+ ram to use.

you'll quickly find out how long it takes to recharge if you're not using a cyberdeck with a ram per sec modifier.
