So apparently much of the content is cut, AI is non-existent (in witcher 3 atleast the AI go to sleep at night or go back to their homes and farm in the morning), Police and Law system is a joke. even though CDPR specifically said it would be better than witcher 3 and i qoute
“While there are some areas in The Witcher 3 where villagers don’t have a daily routine, they are planing to improve this with giving more than a thousand NPCs a handmade routine.” writes Moraez.

(walking back and forth the street ain't 1000 handmade routines) Anyone telling you otherwise is delusional.
And also do note I only played the prologue (Street kid and Corpo) and a parts of Act 1 on my friend's PC
Your life path choices dont matter at all. They are just a 20 minute prologue difference and that's it... even though it was advertised as that it would have an effect on the whole story.
also would request you to see this for the sources of what was promised aswell as their youtube channel videos: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/kcve8s/promised_but_missing_feature_list_will_update/
Firstly only the PC version was really affected.
Secondly the game was literally unplayable with crashes and poor performance on high end gear. If that were the case on PC it wouldn't have a positive rating on steam.
With this one though, I guess their coding quality really took a hit with this one. I don't know what went wrong. Did all the good coders and managers leave them after Witcher 3?
I still have faith in you, CDPR. Let's give you the time to fix this.
Cyberpunk, at least on PC, is perfectly playable, albeit somewhat lacking in the optimisation department.
