I honestly don't know what to think. People were saying from the start of last gen that the PS4 and Xbox One were not a big enough leap from the previous gen and were under powered consoles with outdated hardware, so expecting this game to run well on them when we are at the end of that generation is asking a lot. But on the other hand, CDPR were developing this game for those consoles from the start, so I do wonder how it's possible to be as bad as it is.
It makes me think of how they ported the Witcher 3 on the Switch. Just look how much CDPR had to scale back that game to get it to run at all on that thing. It's graphically worse than the pc versions lowest settings, and at 540p too. That is a monumental downgrade. If CDPR applied the same level of downgrades to the PS4 and Xbox One version of Cyberpunk 2077, would PS4 and Xbox players have accepted that?
A patch should be able to fix a software problem.
Sony (and Microsoft) cannot be seen to be providing CDPR a way to distribute this game.
Wow, managed to last eight whole minutes before posting the same nonsense again? Might be a record.
I'm more afraid on lack of content that will only came with DLC, but for the moment, i would be fine if they balance out the difficulty and overall stats ecc.. since the gameplay just broke apart once you take decent weapons
This will never happen. Games like Spacebase DS9 that was an EA game were never finished despite developer promises a few weeks before putting it on sale to attract more suckers and then abandoning it. Customers were not offered a refund option even after tons of whining.
Yes indeed, they are intelligent people, now people will be desperate to buy PS5, sadly good ol' toaster gang is left for dirt.
