blood pump
does anyone else have the problem where blood pumps do not work at all?

Same for me. I assign to the quickslot, press the button (I even see the button fill) but then nothing happens

*UPDATE* Apparently it's a bug. The pump stops working as soon as you have arm cyberware installed.

I have no cyberware in my arms, blood pump still is not functioning. It stopped working in a previous play-through after equipping arms though. So it seems like it might break for good as soon as you equip arm cyberware... which makes me think I should validate files and try it with no arm mods.
