Fist Fight SERIOUSLY
Seriously what is going on?
Who wrote this this is TERRIBLE

This dude hits me once for 1/3th of my healthbar (even when he MISSES!!)
i hit him for 1 or 2 %. Seriously? Only way to win this is dodging for half an hour and even when you think he isnt hitting you he still is? How is this good gameplay?

Supposedly a moderate challenge LOL? All the high risk challenges are laughably easy but this is just HORRIBLY bad gameplay

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE GAME DESIGN
Whoever designed this should be FIRED
I hit the dude in the HEAD SO MANY TIMES and he just keeps getting up like nothing happened.
Meanwhile he does his stupid combo attack i back off and he STILL HITS ME which is LIES!
I am like a meter out of hit range and he still hits me! Like HOW is that good game design.
You say raise attributes well i am not a melee build. But it should still be skill based and its not.
How is it realistic that i have to hit the guy 50x times and he gets it done in 3 hits LOL wut?
i keep knocking the loser to the floor but eventually he connects even if i am backing off / dodging! I remember boxing being terrible in Witcher 3 as well so i should not be surprised...

There is a dialogue from Viktor explaining most top fighters these days get head implants to absorb 75% of dmg so...
MasterKroket 18 DIC 2020 a las 7:57 a. m.
sigh. Some people cant read. The damage done / received is completely whack.
and 'hitboxes' cause that is what this is are completely ridicilous... A guy kicking in the air but somehow hitting you come on....
I did beat him in the end but its cheesy and not fun or fullfilling.... I wont bother with the other 2 quests probably... not sure what stuff they grant i might cheese em with the drop weapon trick lol
And no not going to invest perks into this if this isnt my build at all... My body is like 7 its my lowest stat... Still shouldnt matter. The first fight against those brothers was silly already... But this one was much worse. I dont want to see the final 2

This minigame is terribly broken. I play on hard and die after 2 hits. I hit him with heavy gorilla attack for 2% hp. I have 14 points in melee but this does not help. Gorilla arms scaling is terrible. It is pretty much same damage no matter if you are 0 or 20. I also attack guy with grenade in face but it did not explode, it just vanishes.
I think I will ignore this quest until before game end. I am at level 40 now but still suck.
Avoiding attacks is also really hard because he has perfect auto aim, rotates mid air, jumps across 15m and still hits me. I on the other hand cannot hit him multiple times because he suddenly teleports behind my back.
Blocking and parrying does not reduce damage in any way. Parrying stuns enemy but you are 1 hit from death so it is not worth it. What is even worse my gorilla arms do not charge in later fights. I was able to use it only with Buck. Animals boss is bugged (garage is closed after closing NCPD case) and arms are not charging for Glen or guy with grenade. These fights are simply impossible.

The fist fights are obviously meant to be the toughest challenge in the game.

After exploring and clearing 100% of the map, the fist fights are the only quests that continue to say Challenge: Moderate.

Everything else in the game says Challenge: Very Low.
Krecik 30 DIC 2020 a las 9:42 a. m.
Well they were hard at level 10 but at level 40 they are still medium? Wtf? I do not really see the point here. I mean this is rpg game. If I am techie guy I suddenly need to respec to muscle to beat 1 side quest? Why? Why is there no way to bypass these fight, for example hack their implants to weaken them? This is clearly unfinished mechanic, minigames in witcher 3 and all previous witchers were just for fun, not for annyoing anyone.
Example of fight:

I slowed down part where he hits air and still almost kills with 1 hit :) I died because I was unable to dodge, probably due to using all stamina (this overloaded weight icon does not really tell me much).

This entire game is basically a lesson of what not to do in game design.

I have done all the fights in CP and thought they were fun. Sure they take me down in 2 hits, but I just always moved and used heavy hits and they all went down. Some took a few tries. They are difficult because you do so little damage on them that sooner or later he will get a combo in and then you are dead. Just keep hitting them with heavy fist attacks constantly, and if you miss jump back wait for him to attack, sidestep and start with heavy attacks again. A heavy attack will stagger him so you can easily do 10 heavy attacks before you jump back side step and go at it again.

The arrayo champion is a complete joke and does indeed hit you from miles away. Best part was that after loading around 20 times the mother****** cheats and calls his boys in to finish you off if you beat him. You will have a second or two to react at most or you go back to the beginning of the fight. Keep hitting him with heavy attacks and keep him off balance, that's how I beat him but it takes long. That said his guys killed me afterwards and I decided to never do another fighting mission again.

I too tried to blow his brains out but they made damn sure you can't kill him because they know it's bs.

Best to just ignore the fights until end game when you are op or you are making a melee build.

People in this thread saying that you need to learn to play, learn to block or put more points into street brawl are probably slow.
This is not a matter of your skills, but a very bad game mechanics and hitboxes. NPCs are way too far away to even reach you, but you still get hit. You can even see they are only "punching" the air, but your HP decreases anyway. Not to mention the way they are fighting, accumulating power for 10 seconds and then releasing it into a blow in 0.3 seconds. What is this, a Dragon Ball episode? And what's with their HP? You can lower the difficulty to Easy, but still, each of your hits is taking only 1-2% of their HP, while they can defeat you in three blows. Just because I don't want to put points into this useless Street Brawler tree means I need to hit each NPC for 100 times to finish the quest? A tedious fight is one thing, but a tedious, completely broken and just plaing stupid fight is just too much.

It's absurd, you got 500+ HP he has from my rough calculation around 50.000-100.000 HP. I hit for around 500-1000 per punch, he hits me for 300+. He hits me twice and i lose, i have to hit him under 100 times while dodging everything, and by dodging i mean double tap and pray that he didn't magically hit your whatever air bar around you. 40+ tries to win one. Once you get down the technique, keep distance only use strong punches, conserve stamina, dodge, it's just grinding it down and hoping you get lucky and he does not magically hit you twice. All your gear gets deactivated, it means nothing whatever you have equipped weather gorilla arms with or without mods all gets deactivated. The only thing that takes effect are perks in brawler. Their attack range varies from twice your range to 5 times your range depending on the angle. You range also varies from normal to half range depending on angle. You will sometimes miss hits at ranges you would hit but never hit at ranges you would miss. If you get low stamina and they go into a flurry you can't dodge properly. HP regen on hit seems to help alleviate some of the random hitting, but its still mostly luck based and just retry hundreds of times until you get lucky.
