If Sony are able to do it, we PC gamers also deserve a refund as well. I troubleshoot the game for 3 hours trying to get the game to run decently. (I failed)
Now I'm no longer eligible for a refund? Nah. Run me my money back.
Go through the Support Wizard again, find the game and instead go via this route https://i.stack.imgur.com/tGEEH.png to submit a manual ticket. Explain everything in there and your request will be considered without being auto rejected by a bot.

Good luck!

Or you can apply directly instead of trying to use the bot service. If it is only three hours like you said, you should have a fair chance for a refund.

Yknow, the same answer given every time someone makes a thread like this.
Thats not enough considering ive been told no along with many others who submitted manual tickets. Hoping steam steps in here. Surely steam being the best platform would offer something even playstation is offering.

The difference is that the console release is a much bigger mess than the PC release is.

This runs worse than arkham knight did and that was refunded to everyone who needed it.

It is highly unlikely the game will get a bare bones patch and the company will say to hell with it.

Too much money no doubt about to be paid to millions of refunds will not be good for business.

I would bet real money they go under within six months by either selling out or simply submitting to a new company and they will take the debt...,The latter is not so stupid as it sounds.

With a wing and a prayer promise to ' put things truly right ' that could end up being $ in the bank.

Either way prepare for more of these shady practices to come and why is that you may ask?

Well you pre-order for starters and condone a and defend fill in the dots ............ ............ .............. .............. ............. ..........and so you will only ever get served diatribe next time until you say NO not having this and demand better.

"Go under in 6 months"?? Good gawd dude, hyperbole much? LOL...the internet is hilarious sometimes.

I disagree, but I doubt we'll ever convince each other so.

I ran Arkham Knight at 60fps 1080p at launch on a gtx 980 on PC. This game runs worse if you take into account the specs of current machines.

I bought the PS4 version for my brother and it looks disgusting. Plus when he showed me the game play it crashed 2 minutes into the game. Sony have done the right thing removing it from the store and offering customers refunds.

The PC version has it's problems but it looks great, runs smooth and I doubt very much Steam will offer the same refund policy if you go over 2 hours of game play.

The game runs fine on PC, if you can't get it to run that's your problem.

I wouldnt call minimal testing of a product the consumers problem. They've admitted to rushing the game out in the conference call on the 14th.
