Where is the sentient vending machine?

Where is it located? I read there was a quest about one inspired by the devs coke brakes.

It's hidden behind a dumpster and that's literally the extent of the quest. You walk around a dumpster and see the drink machine (who is calling out your name - that's how you know you're close) get a free drink and then the machine asks you to move the dumpster in front if it. If you pass the body check, you move the dumpster and get another free drink. That's it.

I think it's on board the Red Dwarf! And if you hack it the police spawns right behind you and shoot you in the back for stealing a chocolate nut bar!

It's to the right of the entrance of the building with "clouds" in it (outside where the fast travel point is) iirc.
