It's not a mod, rather it's a cheat engine. It's affects are per game, per session on cyberpunk (and many other games)
There are a couple of other options tho, if that's not your thing.
There is a mod for passing all speech dialogue options. (So you never need to have specific attribute numbers again)
And one which allows you to be all 3 life paths (not sure if that's bugged at one specific point tho, like an earlier version)
Another mod gives you unlimited resets for attributes.
(Since we have the ability to refund and rebuy perks as many times as we want now)
And you could use the custom level cap mod to go beyond level 60 (needs a couple of patches as well, to stop stores from loosing all stock when you pass max level) and then just level to around 80 I think, and be 20 in each attribute that way.
Giving WeMod a try! Thanks a bunch!
Works like a charm! Any side effects you might know of?
I think it has become a subscription based app recently, sorry to say.
I've been recommending WeMod for another game people are having problems with (Stray), but recently someone on that forum said that it could only be used for free for a few hours, then a monthly subscription is needed
There is a mod that enables you to set a custom level cap and starting attributes:
Custom Level Cap: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2909
Also for going above lvl 60 you need this:
Custom Level Cap - Cyberware Vendor Fix: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11217
I'm using it to set max lvl at 79, enabling me to put all attributes at 20.
tho it pushes in its own ways, you can use it without being a sub.
you cant save game (cheat) presets and you have to enable/dissable mods by hand manually with button combinations.
as for side affects. yeah there is one.
every time you close down the game, cyberpunk will go 'whoa...flatline' on you (unless they fixed that lol)
i've been using it for BG3 so i can ace roll's when i want to (natural 20's every time lmao)
there is another patch for the custom level cap mod that isnt just for the cyberware vendors tho.
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/12500
No more out leveling vendor items.
this was made specifically to fix item grades (like white or green ect) vanishing as you level. but afaik it can be also used for the custom level cap (incase everything else vanishes)
i still have custom level cap on my 1.61 version (saved the file so i can use on the 1.63 legacy if i want) where im capped at lvl 69 (yeah *snerk* ) so i can cap out 3 skills at 20 but not all.
haven't tried it yet for 2.02 (where im staying since i love the metro mod for it's ability to let me ride the rails, not just go from stop a to stop b)
Good to know. I got the impression on the Stray forum that you had to subscribe to a monthly paid subscription to even use the app after you had used it for 2 hours. Sounded a bit extreme.
i tried it last year at my input's place (for invisibility in cyberpunk, when i tried the expansion at his place. you are totally invisible till you attack lol)
this year, when he gifted me BG3 i wanted to install it at home.
found out you can no longer just download and install without signing up to the thing with an email address (i really hate that. im old enough that this drek burns my bacon since it did so way back in the days of the sims1 and sites that would make you register to just download a damn floor/wall pattern)
but with that out of the way, i have played it for hours on bg3. it whines it want you to 'rate it' it can beg you to subscribe. but so far, it has not told me i need to sub to be allowed to even use it.
(having said that, my input installed it years ago when you didnt need to create an account. so it's possible they will do it someday. in which case, people who can do without it...will do without it lol)
