What about the wandering npcs? Cars, is anyone driving other than you?
No cops, no gangoons or NPC waking about.
Maybe just the occasional NPC standing about talking?
If som you might have triggered the same thing I did.
City was a ghost town, with nothing but me about. No matter how far I drove, or how long I slept, nothing changed. It was like everyone but me had gone.
The only was I fixed it was loading an earlier save from before. Like, 5hrs before, for me.
Only enemies disappeared but not all of them, that's the funny thing. It looks random. I have to run like to the next blocks, 3-5 Minutes to find other enemies if I am lucky.
This allready happened to me on 5 fresh installs and I have no idea what mod might have broken the NPCs. I am still trying ot figure out why some tiger claws are gone and other are still there :/
Dayyum imagine if this is the culprit D:
Let me uninstall it and see if it changes something.
Aha! I think all you have to do is go and talk to Regina via her building's intercom and Scanner Hustles and enemies should reappear. Apparently you have to do some gigs and other jobs before she calls you about cyberpsychos. I've done nearly all of her first set of gigs and I have yet to get the call. I don't normally do the last gig in that first set, as there's a fun interaction that only happens in Act2, but I'll do it in my next play and see what happens.
It might be worth putting in a bug report on the Immersive Fixers Nexus page. I like the idea of this mod, but it appears to have some unexpected properties.
Ok..it's not even necessary because my game doesn"t even load. ( perma loading screen with ambient music -_-.......).
Gotta troubleshoot or uninstall again.....
This is getting on my nerves. I have less mods than I ever had ( ~400) but it 's even more broken than it was before (with 900 mods...), meaning 4-5 months ago when I played it previously.....
omg...........
