Nexus mods website. Needs subscribe but it's totally worth it. Many mods to many games, tutorials and Vortex connection (programm to auto install the mods).

Go to nexusmods. You'll find some nice gems in there for Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty. Just make sure you read the notes to know if any are known for causing certain conflicts or errors with other mods or in the game's engine.

Here you have a video about modding C77, some must have technical ones and add-ons with some words about them. Of course you may find some better one but this one I used to start with C77 mods and was very helpfull for me.

I think he meant you need to register to the site in order to gain access to the mods.

Very possible you don't need subscribtion for Nexus. I did it and have unlimited access to downloading mods etc. but maybe it is the same for free users, I never checked so I can be wrong. Maybe this photo realistic mod you can also find somewhere for free but I'm not sure about updating.

It is just slower/capped downloads without sub. Unless you're downloading tons and tons of mods to many games all the time, it doesn't much matter if it takes 5 minutes instead of 1 minute to get a single mod.
