I love this game and it's the only one I've beaten and I wonder if there's going to be a major update or a second installment?

major update was the 2.0 update and the expansion.

second instalment would be 'Orion' the new game they are working on now.
all their (CDPR) games are migrating to Unreal Engine now, so its going to take time.

have you beaten the game once, or more?
if it's just once...you could try the other endings or lifepaths. some of the other choices.
you could try modding the game a bit (or a lot, lol)

Its been very clearly stated by CDPR that Phantom Liberty was the end of the line for CP 2077, they're now looking towards a sequel.
