Sorry mate, don't think you can. AFAIK you can only buy it from Dogtown ripperdocs, and I think the airdrops which only fall in Dogtown.

there is a lower version. same cyberware but its quickhack crit chance is max 40% or so. Base game cannot get to 100% crit chance.

nice little incentive to persuade people to get the DLC, among other things.
