I mainly use stealth and quickhacks, and the most noticeable difference is that I can no longer simply use a single Overheat on normal enemies, but have to use 2, or preferably some combo, which is nice. Also seems to be more 2- and 3-bar (skull) enemies in normal encounters.
Not done boss fights yet, but a few Cyberpsychos, and I also notice I loose much more health if they hit me now, so I really have to rely on health items and quick regen perks, sprinting to hide and such.
But I will see how long I keep playing on that difficulty when I read this. I normally like to play casual and relaxed in games, and start on easy difficulty (also in this game), but found I like the game and gotten good at it, I like the quickhacks mechanics and the 'challenge' of using combos, so it's one of the few games I've played above normal difficulty
Btw, I'm also using a mod that enables me to level past 60, so I'm currectly lvl 66 (I've set the max limit to 79 so I can max out all attribute trees). This might mess up the balancing, unless the game also scales the enemies accordingly, which I hope.
