Psycho killer mission

Is the mission bugged or I am missing something there too door where there is a lift but I cant open the doors what so ever nor is there a option to open the doors what do I do or what have I missed

Is this the end of the mission where you've incapacitated all the Cyberpsychos, and is tasked to go and visit Regina? There should be a button next to the elevator you have to press.

He's not talking about the button by or in the elevator but the button outside next to the front door. You have to press that to gain entry and take the elevator.
