There's a gun range in Kabuki Market at the gun store you can shoot targets... however doesn't seem to be much point to it since no values are shown for the shots fired.

Lizzie's Pistol is best for that mission btw cause it has a 17.00 firerate, you find it in one of the rooms where you first meet judy

Yea, it's annoying. You can go to the shooting range and shoot the walls (there may be a stationary target there as well), while subsequently watching every NPC in the area go into panic mode.

Judging by the response V gives to seeing Meredith sitting on that bed, they haven't ever seen any at all. "What now" lmao!

Imagine being invited to a hotel and as you open the door you see a woman sitting there half naked waiting for you and all you respond to that is "what now". This had me laughing so hard.
