The Wasteland achievement

Does anyone have tips on how to get this achievement?
I've cleared all NCPD Scanner Hustles not just in the Badlands but in the entire game.
All yellow markers are gone except for the "buy all vehicles" quests so I assume I've cleared all quests in the game too. I'm pretty lost as to what to do.

Thanks but that didn't help. I sent V to bed in his own apartment and when I woke up there was nothing new to do

Wasteland is two parts. One at north and one at south. Also some jobs only happen at night.

And some jobs only appear later in the game. I had half a dozen hustles and such appear after I did the voodoo boys section.

Some of the required gigs/NCPD scanner hustles, require other things to be done. I am not sure if it is progress in the main story or another side quest, but I know they opened up later in the game for me, then I acquired the achievement.

How far are you in nomads' questline? There is a cyberpsycho sighting ( nomad in heavy rig similar to Royce's ) which only appeared for me after Queen of the Highway major side job.

Well I've done everything and gotten some of the endings too, so it's not really possible to progress any further in the storyline.

Well I got the "I Am The Law" achievement for completing all Cyberpsycho sightings so I take it that's done and there's no new quests and my journal is almost empty except for car deals

Okay, if you got Nocturne Op55N1 mission, I think all Badlands gigs and hustles should be available.
All those gigs are completed, right?

You've done both parts of the hustles with dude who tried to tamper with Militech weather reading device on wind generator and one of Dakota's merks with car stuck in the sand , right?
There is a reported crime in the middle of a land of trash and under a bridge. If you zoom in on it, it is in the border of Santo Domingo, but it counts for the Badlands. There's a guy who tried to open corpo container and got hit by trap; very simple hustle but it bugged for me - just didn't mark in journal as completed even though I got reward and heard 'hustle completed' sound. Have to reload save before this hustle several times.

If all abovementioned is completed, I'm afraid you've got a bug, but I don't know how to fix it.

@Ash I just checked the list of gigs in your post to make sure I had actually done them and I can say for sure that I did complete them all.
The guy who tried to open cargo container and got hit by a trap doesn't ring a bell (there's too many quests for me to keep track of what I did) so I suppose it's worth a try, although it would seem strange that it wouldn't show up on the map if it's incomplete.
The easiest way to check is to fast travel to Medeski Fuel Station and go west from there, right?

It seems Tama Viewpoint is more convenient. I'm talking about hustle near the cursor.

Thanks for the help, I've gotten the achievement now. Now all I need is Christmas Tree Attack, Autojock and two endings.
