Megabuilding 04 - possible DLC?

While playing the game I took notice of a particular megablock. It has no fast travel points in close vicinity, cannot be accessed at all, not even the main elevator area and even from afar it looks like it's under lockdown or in an emergancy state. From the moment I saw it I had a wicked Dredd 2012 vibe. Could it possibly be a location for a future DLC? I personally wouldn't mind at all a longer quest chain dealing with a dangerous emergency in an entire megablock.

I am hoping for a lot of things to open up in the coming patches and dlc. The game is a lot of fun, and having more to explore will increase my time playing it for sure.

That is true. What I meant was the scanario from the 2012 movie where they're trapped inside a locked down building.
