How to Display Skippy

How do i display Skippy on the stash wall? Some sources says “u need to choose decline to return option” while others said u can return it and put the “reward” Skippy on display.
Which one is the right one? I want to complete the stash wall

idk... all I can tell you is that stash wall is incomplete. There are plenty of Iconic weapons in the game that don't go on that wall. And skippy is probably one of them since originally you didn't get the gun back.

Skippy is one which shows on the Wall. Before 2.0 you had to keep it. Now after 2.0 you can return him to Regina and after some days you get Call or Message from her then go back to Regina and she will handover Skippy without the AI Component. Then just put in your Stash and it will show up

Oh... well guess I was mistaken. But I still have plenty of Icon weapons that never show up on that board.

Also... you can buy all the icon weapons you missed if you bought the DLC. There is a shop (the guy with no mouth) where you can buy them all. Don't know if the Base game has such a shop, too.

only some Iconics will be visible on the board. Especially DLC/Prime/GOG-Reward Iconics wont be visible
