Do you know the name of that gig?
I have finished a lot of gigs and completed both the main story of Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty DLC.
Ghost Town is not a gig, but a story mission. The one with Panam.
If you've finished the main stories then you've probably done it. It's the part of Ghost Town where you do battle with Nash and his Raffen crew in a cave after you've rescued Panam's truck. It's optional so you could have refused to do it with her, I guess. I never have so I don't know how that works. I don't know if you refuse to do it whether the car will appear. According to everything I've read you have to do the battle with Nash to get the car. Here is how one site puts it:
"The first step toward getting the Rayfield Caliburn is to complete the “Ghost Town” main gig. This mission involves helping Panam Palmer with Nash. The Caliburn is located in the cave that you go to during the quest, but you may not be able to find the car just yet."[www.shacknews.com]
