Use the right weapon to match your style, high damage but slow speed if you want your shots to count otherwise using one that uses a bazzilion rounds is better, until you run out of ammo. The ammo left is even on your HUD.
Have a weapon of another type in another slot for backup. My favourite is Comrades hammer for back up.
Hacking and aiming at weak spots also helps a lot. Use granades, if there are no pedestrians.
hitting pedestrians can sometimes work in your favour.. Police and gangs will often engage each other if they come into close contact, so, you can play them against each other while you hide
Playing on very hard mode and taking out enemies is still easy. Your build must suck or you’re rushing during combat too much.
I’ve also don’t think I’ve ever ran out of ammo, I think they give the player too much of it tbh
in fact its the opposite imo its too easy to just plow through hoards of cops / enemies and 1-2 tap them all. it is super fun tho :D this games combat is fantastic!
only thing in the game that offers decent challenge are the maxtac guys all the other jobbers in the game do nothing lol
