Can't login anymore to red launcher

Since they separated the accounts from gog, I can't get the code to log in with my account on Red launcher, making it impossible to sync saves from other platforms. Why change something that works? With the new system it necessarily asks me for a code that doesn't arrive, so I'm left screwed and can do absolutely nothing else to recover the account, embarrassing. I also bought the game on xbox for cross save and now I can't sync saves, terrible.

Did you check your e-mail's Spam folder? The code may have ended up there.

This is the first report I have seen about the code not arriving, so the issue is not universal.

I contacted their support then and they confirmed there was an internal problem in sending One time codes. Fortunately, it was quickly resolved. I linked the Microsoft account to it, so no more need to log in with an otp that works randomly.
