The newest patch increased "crowd spawn" in the cities, so you might want to test if that only happens inside the city.
Your hardware is subpar, and is a bit too close to minimal requirement, so expect your GPU huffing under the load.
For instance, on most games my 6900XT doesn't breach 70 degrees. But in Cyberpunk 2077 I'll see it reach 73, which is still FAR from its temp limit. Hell, most GPUs can run fine until they reach 90 degress, and at that point they'll start to thermal throttle.
The kind people at nVidia decided that their GPU's might aswell serve a dual function as a space heater. It's just plain added value.
Why would you plug your GPU fan into your motherboard? Or are you running a liquid loop?
