Save file transfer from PS4 to PC cost me a gun

Well, I finally have a PC, which can handle this game, so I thought I would bring over my PS4 save to PC.

It did work, but sadly the game took Lizzie out of my inventory, although not my hands, V is still shown holding it, in the inventory at least - I can't draw the pistol anymore.

Has anybody else had a similar experience with the transfer?
