Exactly what was already said. We don't know and we don't care either, these are only minor fixes anyway. Nothing big will be included in future releases

In making of Witcher 4 or Project Polaris, CDPR will no doubt be hiring temporary workers and utilizing third party developers, so I doubt they're stretching their resources too thin by continuing their work on Cyberpunk. Probably just a skeleton crew anyway.
But yes, content wise, Adam Badowski has clarified Cyberpunk won't receive more DLCs. From what I gathered, it's because of technical limitations posed from using the RED Engine and they are currently backtracking from it towards using Unreal Engine 5.
