I think you buy the crafting spec at level 25 from the Netrunners, buy the suit and mask too.

You can buy the crafting spec to upgrade the quickhack components at the same place. You might get some solving the hacking locations as well.

No, you wear them for better/quicker hacking then you can use the wardrobe to change their looks.

You have to farm them by hacking access points. If you are not so good at that, you can switch of the timer in the game options.

Like the others say, you get all those things you mentioned from doing the hacking of terminals and wallpanels and antennas and such. The higher your level, the higher tier quickhacks and blueprints you get, including the iconics from lvl 40 or 50?

You get random blueprints until you have them all.

You can buy a few quickhacks and blueprints from the shops, but not all, and it's not needed unless you really want them there and then.

The only things you have to buy from the netrunner shops are the skills needed to create higher tier quickhack crafting components from lower tier ones. Those skills are quite expensive.

You use tier 5 components to craft iconic quickhacks as well, only many more (200, I believe).

Aren't those clothes mainly to resist hacker attacks from other netrunners and such? And the goggles and such for quicker uploading of quickhacks on enemies (which I use, and find very useful). I don't think they're related to the hacking minigames.

Low double digits, I wanna say 13 or 15 percent-ish

I think the highest tier glasses / goggles gives a 10% boost to upload speed (but someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Edit: Could be what is said above :o)

Yeah, all told and stacked should be less than 20%

OP I recommend looking over this list regarding iconic quickhacks to get an idea of which ones may be broken (some severely broken) and which ones are still possibly viable. For the broken ones use the prior tier.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LowSodiumCyberpunk/comments/17f45fd/iconic_quickhack_issues_201/

From that link:

Suicide - RAM cost isn't reduced by melee finishers, RAM cost displays at 110 (costs normal RAM to use), don't use it. (personal note: IIRC, I believe the RAM visual bug is already fixed but the other part is not about RAM cost reduction unless this has changed recently).

Cyberware Malfunction - Everything works as expected, use it! (supposedly works. I can't recall for sure, myself, as its been a few months since I last played earlier this year but this is probably accurate unless a more recent patch has broke it but you should keep it in mind in case you notice odd behavior and compare it to prior tier if necessary to be safe).

Personally, I recommend non-iconic System Collapse over Suicide as it 100% KOs the target where Suicide does not work on enemies with a lot of HP, notably it almost never kills skull enemies. It also takes longer and more RAM to mass use than System Collapse.

Note this bug for System Collapse (unless it has recently been fixed): If the player has the Shadowrunner perk, all Takedowns provide a stack of the RAM reduction effect, regardless of whether a trace is active or not. Something to consider but not necessary if you use the Overclock + hacking HP recovery perks + the cyberware that auto heals / revives you + Raven Deck + spread perk as you can just abuse HP recovery and spread to compensate for RAM cost to silently disable all enemies in an entire area remotely.

I wouldn't bother with Quickhacking clothes. Imo, the speedup isn't enough to care. Use - visibility and others, instead, unless you don't have better. Covert quickhack methods like System Collapse don't care about upload speed if you mass knock out everyone basically at once. Plus, the DLC perk lets camo disable all combat states, anyways, for non-boss encounters if you somehow fudged it. Loud quickhacks hardly care about a slightly faster upload speed. However, -visibility is a forever convenient and when not using that because loud you could use armor or something else or just duck behind cover for the extra 1s it uploads. There isn't a harm in using Quickhack speed clothes, either way, but it isn't something to stress over.
