It used to be at the second mission where you rescue the ripperdoc for her brother. 2.01 removed it from there, I now use a Nue.

If you mean a tier 5 crafting spec for unity I can tell you it does exist, I have it, and I have just recently brought the game at v2.12
Unfortunately, I can't tell you where I got it exactly either, except to say it was not in dogtown, nor in the gig mentioned above

Well, as I said, I'm just on my first playthrough, where I was running around like a headless chicken for the first half of it, which is why I don't know where I got it, but if this is what you mean, then yes, I'm sure

Ok, but that means if you did this mission before lvl 40 you cannot get it in tier 5, right?

I did that mission recently and I didn't get it. You did get it in 2.0 but not 2.01

It 100% didn't drop on a Phantom Liberty or a normal start. I always check for it.

So which blueprint you found on Kaiser's corpse? By the way, it isn't a mission, it is NCPD activity.

No blueprint at all, I opened everything in the building and looted all the corpses. It was the NCPD activity version of the building.
