1. If you have sandy, but enemy doesn't -> you are overpowered and not fun for long
2. Enemy has sandy, but you don't -> it gets bit annoying, until you blow his head with a shotgun
3. Both have sandy -> it is bit the same as if neither has

Think about it
Sandi melee is fun, but far from the most broken builds. Netrunner, overclock paraline smart SMGs, Bolt Satara, contagion with 30% burn weapons, I would put above any melee build.
