Last main mission not showing up

Hey ! I was doing the main missions and just finished Search and Destroy but the last main mission NocturneOP55N1 is not showing anywhere.
I tried reloading several times to the beginning of Search and Destroy but nothing helps.
I've read this issue multiple times on several forums but apparently there was no solution 3 years ago. Is there any now ?

Once thing I noticed btw is that after completing Search and Destroy, the Tapeworm mission does not pop up or anything.

Tapeworm is a special mission, because it has four parts. Each part is triggered after a certain quest (Automatic Love, Search and Destroy, Transmission, Life During Wartime). When you complete one part, the quest will disappear until another part is activated, then it will reappear. This quest doesn't actually have any other objectives, each part is just you talking to Johnny.

If the final part doesn't trigger after Search and Destroy, you probably didn't trigger the conversation in the Clouds. Go back to Megabuilding H4 and enter the elevator, see if it activates there.

Don't you have to wait a while until you get a call that triggers the mission, like many other missions?

But since you've read about it and it's a common issue you would probably know this if that was the case

I've had the Nocturne mission on my list for a long time, but can't remember if I had to wait or not.

Any other side jobs that has to be done first, perhaps? Panam's missions? Voodoo Boys' missions?

No, Tapeworm part 4 activates right after Search and Destroy finishes. It should activate as soon as you step outside the room in the motel.

Nocturne should activate as soon as the doll exits the room, after relaying Hanako's message.

Alright from what i read from you, i tried completing Tapeworm again from an old save. And on the fourth mission I indeed unlocked the last mission. On my way to 100% the game !
