I tried looking it up but could not find it. No idea why there's no list of icons in the in game database. This is where using icons instead of WORDS can be annoying.

It's probably some cyberware or skill that activated a weapon buff. IIRC, there was one buff that slowed down time when you reloaded your weapon after killing at least one enemy.

Yeah, it absolutely looks like a buff icon of some kind but if it is then it should show up when holding ALT and the OP said it doesn't.

I've noticed there is a cyberware that says something like 'enables weapon special abilities without the normal requirements for them to trigger', or something to that effect (probably worded entirely different).

I've never used it since I only use thrown knives, so I don't know of any weapon special abilities, but that icon seems to indicate that some ability is indeed triggered.

Might check your weapon specs, if it has any special ability?

Its a perk for your equipped pistol. Generally Iconic ones will trigger these perks after either swapping to weapon or performing headshot etc..I just had it pop up for me on 'Ol Reliable' Revolver. It says after swapping to it, greatly increases headshot damage and effective range.

Thats wierd cause i dont use pistols, i have fenrir buzzsaw and some tier 3 shotgun

I believe the pistol icon represents any ranged weapon.

It's a Cool perk from what I remember and has to do with killing from stealth and increased crit or something for 5-10 seconds.
