Hello hmm AMM is messing with stuff around npc , i dont know how deep unsitall you did but im guess like only removing the mod and im guessing that probaly not fully "unistalled" the mod write/rewrite some files of the games so even when you remove the mod the files will be still there you can try verify integrity of the game or sadly reinstall the whole game (also if you will do that be sure to check if all the files of the game are really gone some files can be there even when you remove the game) also make sure to save your save of the game just for sure

Ah I see, I do read that AMM might cause the bug, when I tried to uninstall it through vortex and relaunch the game it was still bugging. I guess I didn't properly remove it. Gonna try uninstall it properly the next chance I got, and I'll write the result here. Thanks a lot though!

Its probably better to manually remove the files if its just one mod you are trying to get rid of.
Vortex can sometimes leave fragments behind, that often why I reccomend 'Cyberclean' to players.

But afaik, Cyberclean is for removing ALL THE MODS (especially if you use the 'CyberNuke' version lol)
If you are just giving AMM the heave-ho then yeah, manual removal would probably work best.
(Especially if you have a lot of mods along with AMM)

I tried all of this, even reinstalling the game and removing the residual mods, and it's still there.

An error like that is a busted mesh. Either the Morph-data is faulty, or the skeletal rig is.

So how do I fix it?

If a full reinstall did not help, I think your save may have become corrupted.

Turns out it's SP0 mods, so it's all sorted out now.
