post specs please
I had no issue on balanced mode but I get stuttering on high performance mode.
What weird is fps seems steady but I can actually see stutters on certain point of Cyberpunk benchmark.
I monitored power usage of GPU, on balanced mod, power is steady around 400W but on high performance mode, it occasionally goes down to 350W. Kinda fps spike,
I have no problem on 3D Mark but I guess it only happens on Cyberpunk.
Does anybody have same issue?
It is a good SSD?
I use an i7-12700F and RTX 3070 (noTi) and run Cyberpunk at 1440p, High-Ultra (no RT), DLSS on Quality, and get a steady 60 fps even in Dogtown. Granted, DLSS is doing some serious work. I've tested without DLSS and run 50-55 fps main areas and 40-45 fps in Dogtown.
Settings matter and it's not impossible to get a stable framerate in Dogtown.
I can guarantee you that's a lie. But yes it's possible to have the game running smoothly 95% of the time.
Are you also gonna complain your GPU is using 90%?
You obviously want your GPU to be being utilized fully
If your cpu is being used 95-100% it means there is something really wrong and you can clearly feel it in game that everything feels heavy and sluggish
It is a fact that Phantom Liberty ''Dog Town'' Tanks the CPU and makes alot of micro stutters.
The game runs smooth as butter in Night City
