POSSIBLE FIX FOR THOSE WHO GOT BLACK SCREEN & CRASH AFTER LAUNCHING THE GAME
Recently I have a problem about being black screen and ctd after I launched the game. Followed by heavy stutter / stuttering when I managed to play the game. After several hours of research. I FINALLY MANAGED TO FIX IT.

So when I managed to make it launch and able to start a new game, somehow I get a crazy stutter and lags, and here's what I do that perhaps it will help others.

Pre-First Solution
I deleted the UserSettings.Json in AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077.

First Solution
Look for the most stable driver for your GPU. My gpu is Rx 6700 xt, I switched my driver from the latest AMD driver version 24.1.1 to AMD driver 23.9.1. From what I researched online 23.9.1 is the most stable AMD driver currently. For NVDIA idk.

Second Solution
If in the crash report this is written D3D12MA: Out of memory. Maybe you can try this.

1. Enter the control panel
2. System and security
3. Allow remote access
4. Advanced
5. Performance settings
6. Performance and advanced
7. Virtual memory, change and choose the disk where the game is
8. Vustom size and i put 12000

Third Solution
It seems the root cause was AMD fTPM while having SAM (smart access memory) enabled. After disabling fTPM and enabling SAM.

This video just an example, because each mobo has different menu/settings view.

I also reset my XMP/ram. I forgot how I did this, but basically I just;

1. Unplug my ram and switch their position. (Maybe you can skip this)
2. Go to bios.
3. Then I select the A-XMP profile available.
4. Save and exit

Fourth Solution
Add the cyberpunk.exe to exception to windows defender or any antivirus you have.

From here on, I THINK it's the fix for the stuttering and lags.

Fifth Solution

Disable Multi-Plane Overlay.

1. Open regedit
2. Go here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm
3. Right click on the right, at the empty space and click on NEW -> DWORD32 VALUE.
4. Name it OverlayTestMode and set the value to 5 like shown. Then reboot.

Sixth Solution
Tune your GPU as shown here, idk about Nvdia GPU as I only use AMD.

Seventh Solution
Try to do steps 1-3.

1. Reset Global Graphics
2. Disable PCI Express
3. Disable Game mode

However I just did the steps 3 since I already did the 1st & 2nd.

Eight Solution
Limit your FPS, the video I listed are just some example.
For AMD:

For Nvidia:

Also try to limit the FPS using the in-game settings.

That's about it, I think I just tried all of that and I can launch my game and I didn't get any stutter (I think, hard to recognize). I hope this will help some of you. If there's anything I forgot to add, I will add it later.
