Shouldn't make a difference. I did it in my first game when I romanced Panam and in this game where I didn't. And both times before there was even chance of romance, iirc.
You could maybe try to visit the Aldecaldos camp and see if some dialogue triggers with Mitch. He should be over on that little hill with some graves when you go to meet him for the mission, after receiving the message. Some other people are up there, and a scannable cache of stolen goods surrounded by other people close by.
But if the mission entry is blank, it sounds bugged, indeed.
Come to think of it, was this mission done before completing all the Panam missions, and the Aldecaldos had to change camp? If so, it might no longer be possible. Still strange the mission entry is in your log.
I wouldn't bother though. It's not really a mission, it's just a stupid version of a viking's funeral.
I've understood those stuff belonged to the Aldecaldos members who died in the Kang Tao AV incident. I Guess it is normal to share the stuff they left between the living members. I came to this conclusion when listening what the other people around talk
