Panam bugged and not calling?

I've literally gotten to the last mission to go meet hanako at the embers and panam has not called me to do any of her next missions, nor has judy called me for evelyn's unfortunate end.

What am I supposed to do to continue the plot other than the hanako finale?

Got back on, ran around in the badlands for a bit, then suddenly got texts from judy and right after panam called,...like what the heck?

Not sure if these are this way, but quite a few missions in this game need in-game time to pass before you can do the next part
