It just doesn't trigger for me. Installed the game after 2.1 update, all mods and everything are fresh, got to the end of Judy's questline, it just doesn't trigger. Any fix to this would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried it without mods to make sure they aren't what's breaking your game? I don't use mods and it functions fine.

Nothing's breaking, really, just the quest isn't triggering. On the other hand, do I just launch the game without the mods and see what happens then?

Trust me you’re better off without it, because it gets annoying after awhile. You do the sure let’s hangout, and practically after it’s over with you get another text saying hey let’s hangout. I guess Panam has no life and V is all she has, because man just won’t leave me alone I am trying to do the Phantom Liberty expansion sheesh.

I figured it out: It is "Phone messages overhaul" that permanently and irreversibly screwed up my game. Only after I started digging into the problem, I checked all the mods, and it was "Romance Hangouts enhanced" that had sticky in their notes saying that PMO permanently removes the option of Judy writing to you about hanging out (or Panam), and you can no longer sleep in your bed in the original apartment.
I installed the game after purchasing PL, updated all the mods, went into the game, and only realized the problem after it was too late.

Maybe a warning for anyone else, as removing the mod doesn't fix the game, and the mod author didn't state any other fix.

Yup. It's still based on v1.6 files, and thus lacks all the quest hooks added by 2.0 and PL.

Avoid at all costs untill it's properly updated.

After completing this the first time, are there any consequences if we just let Panam wait in the apartment for a long time while doing other things?

The ! mark on the phone icon was a bit distracting, so I invited her over again to get rid of it, as I had just been with her. Wouldn't want her to leave me if I leave her hanging too long...

Would be a better solution if we just messaged / called her ourselves when we wanted to hang out somewhere, instead of being 'forced' to message her to get rid of the yellow ! mark.

so i romanced panam as male v and the i cant seem to get the i really want to stay at her house mission triggered, i researched other discussions and it says the phone message overhaul mod breaks this mission because it is not updated and there is no fix, i tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but didnt work also, removed all mods and started the game and also did not work, any one had the same problem and is there any fixes, if i start a new game will the quest be triggered then i deleted the mod of course, any fixes?
