Short circuit hacks can actually kill them if you stack them. Overheat is what worked fine for me.
I never used the dildo stick to fight cyberpsychos. Only on thugs, to relieve them of their dignity and give me a good laugh while I'm at it.
If you are lazy you could always just memory wipe them and go behind to do a stealth takedown from 100% health.
No... You can get a 'non-lethal' weapon mod for every type of weapon as long as it allows modifications. You can often receive non-lethal mod as a loot but you can also buy them at vendors who sell weapons. Sometimes they even sell weapons with the mods included.
Try different things. Read descriptions carefully. Read the tutorials carefully.
E-Even as much as I enjoy stealth when it's available as an option, I hate that one part in PL where the only option is to make a different choice that leads down a rather different story arc. If you want to go that specific story route, it's not optional. I dislike required stealth. Weird, that.
As you are expected to use nonlethal means to fight them Cyberpsychos have advantages against the common forms of nonlethal combat. This includes damage quickhacks, stealth takedowns, simple blunt weapons, and grenades. More advanced nonlethal tactics (gun/thrown with Pax, heavy gorilla arm attacks, nonlethal blunt special moves [don't throw a cyberpsycho], charged electric baton attacks, Sir John, burn/poison/emp from iconic) tend to have a better result.
The mod works with almost all weapons, but you have to be careful with faster shooting guns or shotgun that pack multiple pellets because one extra hit after they're 'beaten' means they're dead.
Which is why big fat revolver rounds to the body is the preferred method.
Yep. I actually shoved one cyberpsycho a couple of times to safely take her down without killing her, when I had her health down near 0. I kept killing her in previous tries, so I went for broke and started shoving instead lol.
(she was former Militech if I recall well).
