As one has pointed out, bugfixes at the most.

So basically, the game is finished, that's it, which means for me that my eyes will be on the modding scene from here on out. Not that I haven't been using mods up to this point, but soon I'll be dealing with a complete game, and not one constantly receiving updates.

There's still a internal QA branch beng worked on that was recently updated. It's uncertain if it contains anything for the game - like bug fixes or FSR3 - or if it's just an update for the REDlauncher. Looking at Witcher 3 it also has a pending QA branch that was recently updated, so it may just be a future update for the launcher, but who knows.

I was trying to hold off on making a new V until another mini patch dropped but I just jumped back in anyway. I really should get into modding to make things more fresh. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the fans make massive bug fixes themselves and keep it alive with some sort of community edition or something.

There is this traffic bug that makes you feel like your in the matrix when all the cars on the motorway just stop in an instant ;p Is that fixed ? I remember it was one of the major things for me ;p

We shouldn't put too much stock in such statements given that CDPR still made the next gen update for Witcher 3 years later plus just recently the Redkit release for W3 plus workshop support on Steam.
So who knows, in some years they might want to return to CP77 for something similar.
Or not.

and I can play it not like back in 2020 right?
Oh, yes, the game now in v2.12+ is massively improved over 2020 launch v1.0 version, it has had a ton of fixes. I played v2.12a recently, don't recall any bugs with traffic stopping in an instant, in my 200hour playthrough.

Wouldn't surprise me.

With the next Consoles on the horizon, there will probably be a eventual next gen upgrade for Cyberpunk 2077. I say this due to the game's popularity, and it wouldn't surprise me if The Wither 3 also gets a next gen upgrade when the next gen Consoles release.

Hah no ♥♥♥♥ there is an actual workshop for Witcher 3 ;p I was asking for this for years, and they added it now when I finally finished all the DLC's ;ppp

#TrumanShow ;p

EDIT: No traffic bug, good stuff thanks :) Another thing that was bugging me was V is a vampire and she has no mirror reflection, did they add that too maybe ?;p

Do you mean Pro versions right?

Didn't they say they were going to add FSR 3 frame gen?

Gotta be careful with info like that.
https://www.cdprojekt.com/en/capital-group/eu-projects/polaris/
People might think this means "Polaris" will come out in August of this year. That's not what a "project" is in this sense.

People assume that developers means every person working with an application when it might or might not include people who are supporting the game versus developing it.

These online magazines keep making guesses and making implications (and rarely admitting to doing either).

Nope.

I mean the PS6, and next series of Xbox. The PS5 has been out for 4 years now; the next generation of Consoles will likely release within the next 2 or 3 years.

I am no expert but console generations last longer each time, and also again I am no expert but I am of an impression there is this general feeling there will be no next generation of consoles, instead everything will move to cloud. I am thinking Game Pass clones without physical console you get, instead you will be able to play on your PC, laptop, TV, phone, watch you name it ;p

Hmm.... We'll see. The PS6 is already in development though, or last I checked at least.

Again I am no expert, but isnt that standard procedure ?

As in that could mean anything.

EDIT: What I know of, is that there is ps5 pro coming out, I am looking forward to that xD and PS VR 2 is getting some sort PC support. The rest is probably wild guesses and top secret codenames ;p
